Frequent training sessions are conducted on-site and cover a range of topics. New hires and interns are given the tools to succeed during their week-long training at the beginning of their employment as well as weekly training courses during Busy Season. Our trainings not only help employees grow professionally, but also provide them with their CPE credit requirement.
We encourage and support educational advancement outside of the firm by providing tuition reimbursement for graduate degrees and related courses. We also provide reimbursement for reviewing and passing the CPA, MAI, CIA, CMA and other licenses.
We encourage employees that are on a CPA-track to obtain their CPA license. Employees are eligible for discounts immediately upon accepting our offer (despite future start dates) with multiple test prep companies, and are given financial incentives and assistance to become a licensed CPA.
